Jennifer Lynch is under 'Surveillance'
The 'Boxing Helena' helmer has finally got a new project off the ground.
Apr 20 2007
Having made the monstrous mess of a movie that was 'Boxing Helena', one would think that writer-director's Jennifer Lynch's career was over before it had even begun, but this week, disturbing news reaches Time Out towers. After nearly 15 years in the cinematic wilderness, Lynch will be allowed back behind a camera to shoot a supernatural thriller entitled 'Surveillance'.
The film will focus on an FBI agent sent to a small town, where everyone lies, nothing is what it seems and no one is safe.
Lynch wrote the script with Kent Harper, her father David will produce, and the cast includes Pell James, Julia Ormond and Bill Pullman.
'Surveillance' is to shoot in Canada later this month, unless this story turns out to have been a big dream.

- Before you try and talk about film you should do your research. Bill Pullman was never in Boxing Helena. Duh!! I mean to write something negative about a film you never saw or clearly didn't pay attention to is so stupid and really allows everyone to see the novice, young, immature, brand new aspiring writer you are trying to be. If you want a career in writing about films when you get a little older you really need to work on your craft and pay attention because this type of review will discredit everything about you as it already has with me and many others. Good Luck. Posted on May 06 2007 18:31
