'Vote' for Costner
Kevin Costner will decide the Presidential election in new comedy 'Swing Vote'.
May 8 2007
Kevin Costner has signed up to star in a low-budget comedy about America's Presidential election process entitled 'Swing Vote'.
Costner will star a single father thrust into the national spotlight when the Presidential race comes down to his vote. He will also produce through his new company Treehouse Pictures.
'Treehouse will give [me] the opportunity to shepherd projects from the ground up, with the goal of aligning partners of a like mind' he told Variety. ''Swing Vote' fits right into that mould'.
The film will be sold in Cannes, with production set to start in July.
