Pixar heading 'Up'
The animated studio plans a film about an old man and a park ranger fighting villains and beasts.
Jun 12 2007
Pixar have announced a new animated feature that will keep their slate full right up to 2010.
'Up', which is set to hit screens in 2009, will revolve around a 70-year-old man teaming up with a wilderness ranger to fight beasts and villains. 'Monsters, Inc' helmer Pete Docter will co-direct with writer Bob Peterson.
The studio is also busy prepping robot/sci-fi flick 'Wall*E' for next summer and 'Toy Story 3' for summer 2010.
And if you can't wait that long for your fill of Pixar, 'Ratatouille', the story of a Parisian rat who wishes to become a chef, will hit UK screens on October 5.
