Win tickets to 'Palindromes' screening

Time Out presents a special early preview of this powerful and controversial new film.

Apr 15 2005

Twelve-year-old Aviva Victor wants to be a mother, and does all she can to make this happen, but her efforts are thwarted by her parents at every turn.

So Aviva runs away, still wanting to get pregnant, but instead finds herself lost in another world – one that is itself pregnant with all sorts of strange possibilities.

Like so many journeys, this is a round-trip, and it's hard to say if Aviva can ever be the same again - or anything but the same again.

Todd Solondz's typically controversial 'Palindromes' opens on May 6, but courtesy of Tartan Films, we have 200 tickets for a preview on Tuesday, May 3 at 6.30pm at the Odeon Panton Street.

Simply send a first-class SAE, marked 'Palindromes', to Time Out Online, 251 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AB by April 26.

The first 100 readers picked out of the hat will each receive a pair of tickets.
