Win tickets to 'Whisky' screening
A light-hearted comedy from Uruguayans Juan Pablo Rebella and Pablo Stoll.
Jun 21 2005
'Whisky' (the local variation on 'say cheese!') is a wonderfully droll comedy by Uruguayans Juan Pablo Rebella and Pablo Stoll.
Sixty-year-old Jacobo is owner of an ageing sock factory. Day in, day out he sets off early to work, where his faithful assistant arrives with him at the same time. They greet each other with few words and get on with their everyday activities.
But this imperturbable regularity comes to an end when Jacobo's younger brother arrives from Brazil.
'Whisky' opens on July 29, but thanks to Artificial Eye, we have 250 tickets for a preview on Sunday July 24 at 11am at the Chelsea Cinema.
Simply send a first-class SAE, marked ‘Whisky’, to Time Out Online, 251 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AB by July 18.
The first 125 readers picked out of the hat will each receive a pair of tickets.
Terms and conditions.
