'Prince Caspian' to shoot next summer?

An insider claims that a second 'Chronicle of Narnia' could be in cinemas in time for Christmas 2007.

Dec 20 2005

An anonymous source at Disney has revealed to Narniaweb.com that 'Prince Caspian', the second story in the Chronicles of Narnia, has been given the green light.

'The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' exceeded its box office target of $60 million in its opening weekend, and continues to pack them in at cinemas across the globe.

And rumour has it that the script for 'Prince Caspian' is already well underway, although Andrew Adamson, who directed the first film, has yet to decide whether he will work on the second as well.

The source claims that the next film could start shooting in New Zealand this summer, with a possible December 2007 release date.

An official announcement from Disney should follow soon.

Caspian and Susan do kiss. There is a video of it on youtube. I don't like it at all. If they kiss and have a romance, I'm leaving. Posted on May 04 2008 10:59
