Following an extremely lucrative four weeks on release, 'Casino Royale' was finally knocked from the top spot in London cinemas by romantic comedy 'The Holiday', and the Christmas-themed feature looks like packing them in over the holiday season.

Family fantasy film 'Eragon' looks like being this year's Christmas turkey, taking a pitiful £77,600 from 12 screens to enter the chart at number five.

Meanwhile, down at the foot of the chart, two dark festive flicks rub shoulders, with 'Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas 3D' dropping from eight to nine and worthless horror remake 'Black Christmas' debuting at ten.

Next week, expect 'Flags of our Fathers', 'Night at the Museum' and 'Perfume' to all perform well (though you'll have to wait until the week after for the Time Out report as we'll all be away!).
