Right royal triumph for Mirren

If anyone was in any doubt that Forest Whitaker and Helen Mirren are shoo-ins for Academy Awards next month, their victories at the Screen Actors Guild ceremony this weekend should put any debate to rest.
Whitaker and Mirren, honoured for their work in 'The Last King of Scotland' and 'The Queen' respectively, are now the odds-on favourites for the acting Oscars.
It was a double celebration for Mirren, who won a second acting award for her equally impressive performance in TV mini-series 'Elizabeth I'.
Repeating their Golden Globes success, Eddie Murphy and Jennifer Hudson picked up the supporting actor and actress awards for their work in 'Dreamgirls'.
And 'Little Miss Sunshine' won the ensemble cast award, further cementing its status as the dark horse for this year's best picture Oscar.
