Levy Flashes

Shawn Levy has taken over directorial duties on 'The Flash'.

Feb  5 2007

Having cut his teeth directing the comedies 'Cheaper by the Dozen' and 'The Pink Panther', Shawn Levy is directing his first comic book adaptation in the shape of 'The Flash'.

Levy recently scored a hit with effects-heavy Ben Stiller flick 'Night at the Museum', and told Time Out that having got over his initial fear of CGI, he was now willing to embrace the process.

And with The Flash possessing the ability to move and run faster than any other human, as well as travel through time, Levy will need to employ all his new found skills to bring the character to life.

'Batman Begins' writer David Goyer was previously attached to the project, and it's thought that Levy will retain elements of his script while at the same time taking the project in a lighter direction.
