Jude Law and Forest Whitaker are set to star in 'The Repossession Mambo', a thriller about the sale of artificial organs.
Based on the novel by Eric Garcia, the film is set in the near future when artificial organs can be bought on credit, and revolves around a man who struggles to make the payments on a heart he has purchased. He must therefore go on the run before said ticker is repossessed.
Garcia has written the script with Garret Lerner, and newcomer Miguel Sapochnik, who made waves with short film 'The Dreamer' in 2000, will direct the picture this summer.
