Jack Black is 'Man-Witch'
The 'Shool of Rock' star is joining a witch academy in the new comedy from Todd Philips.
Jun 19 2007
Jack Black is going back to school for a high-concept comedy about a teacher who discovers he has witch-like powers.
The 'School of Rock' star is set to play 'Man-Witch', an average Joe whose supernatural powers lead him to join a witch academy, only to discover that his classmates are all girls.
Broadway star Jay Reiss is currently penning the script, while 'Starsky & Hutch' helmer Todd Philips has signed up to direct.
Before then, Black has a whole host of films hitting cinemas, including Noah Bambauch's 'Margot at the Wedding', Michel Gondry's 'Be Kind Rewind', Judd Apatow's 'Year One' and animated adventure 'Kung Fu Panda'.

- I would rather be wrong then be right in the wrong crowd! I am amongst all of thee. We need to learn so much more and go beyond the boundaries of circumstances that shakle us to conform for this day and age, imposed upon us that truly does not exist. If you speak my language then find me. It is time to go to school and learn the truth! Posted on Oct 07 2008 16:52
