'The Incredibles' Gets Surprise Nod
The animated classic goes up against more serious fare in the PGA's Producer of the Year award.

The Producers Guild of America has announced its nominations for film of the year, and 'The Incredibles' has surprisingly made the cut.
The animated movie, which has already grossed nearly £30 million in the UK alone and is currently number one at the box office, joins 'The Aviator', 'Finding Neverland', 'Million Dollar Baby' and 'Sideways' amongst the nominees.
The winner receives the Darryl F Zanuck Producer of the Year award, and often goes on to glory elsewhere.
Indeed the PGA's are thought to be a good indication of where the year's Best Picture Oscar might go, with 11 of the last 15 winners going on to Academy triumph.
On the same night 'Hotel Rwanda' and 'Innocent Voices' will also be given the special Stanley Kramer Award, which recognises films that highlight important social issues.
The PGAs take place at California's Culver Studios on January 22, just three days before Oscar nominations are announced.
