Harrison Ford will play war hero Everton Conger in a film about the search for Abraham Lincoln's killer.

Harrison Ford has signed up to star in 'Manhunt', a period thriller following the search for Abraham Lincoln's killer.
Ford will play Colonel Everton Conger, commander of the troops who tracked down assassin John Wilkes Booth to a Virginia barn, 12 days after he shot the President.
Mike Rich ('The Rookie', 'Radio') is currently working on the script, which will be based on James L Swanson's forthcoming book, 'Manhunt: The 12-Day Chase for Lincoln's Killer'.
Lawrence Bender ('Reservoir Dogs', 'Pulp Fiction') is producing the project, although there's no word yet as to who will direct, nor where it leaves the proposed fourth part of the 'Indiana Jones' series (rumoured to be going into production sometime next year).
Before then, Ford will be seen in Richard Loncraine's 'Firewall', a heist movie co-starring Paul Bettany and Virginia Madsen.
