Win tickets to a screening of 'Murderball'
We have 164 tickets to give away for a special screening of this brilliant documentary
Oct 20 2005
Directed by Henry-Alex Rubin
and Dana Adam Shapiro, ‘Murderball’ is the original name for the full-contact
sport known as quad rugby, played by quadriplegics in customised wheelchairs.
The players have suffered injuries that have left them with limited functions
in all four limbs.
Watching them in action – both on-court and off-court – smashes every
stereotype one may have had about the handicapped.
It also redefines what it is to live a full life and what
it is to be a winner.
‘Murderball’ is released on November 4 by Optimum, but we have 164 tickets for
a preview on Tuesday, 1 November at
Simply send a first-class SAE, marked ‘Murderball’, to Time Out Online, 251
Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AB by October 26.
The first 82 entries picked at random will each receive a pair of tickets.
Terms and conditions.
