New 'Cars' trailer arrives online

John Lasseter lets the automobiles speak for themselves in the new feature from Pixar.

Nov 28 2005

A new teaser for the forthcoming Pixar flick 'Cars' has hit the net, and as expected, it looks beautiful.

The CG feature tells the tale of Lightning McQueen, a 'hotshot rookie race car' who finds himself waylaid in the sleepy town of Radiator Springs.

While there, he makes several new four-wheeled friends, and discovers there's more to life than winning.

Directed by John Lasseter ('Toy Story', 'A Bug's Life'), the film features the vocal talents of Paul Newman, Owen Wilson, Bonnie Hunt, Cheech Marin and John Ratzenberger.

It doesn't hit UK screens until July 28, but to grab a glimpse at the cars speaking for themselves now, click here.
