'A Prairie Home Companion' trailer

Catch a glimpse at honorary Oscar-winner Robert Altman's new flick.

Mar  8 2006

No sooner has Robert Altman picked up his honorary Oscar than the trailer for his new film, 'A Prairie Home Companion', arrives online.

A funny and moving celebration of Garrison Keillor's legendary radio show, the film stars Meryl Streep, Kevin Kline, Lily Tomlin, Tommy Lee Jones, Woody Harrelson and John C Reilly.

It recently wowed the crowds at the Berlin Film Festival (see Geoff Andrews' report here), and the trailer certainly makes it look like a blast.
