An exotic modern-day film noir from the director of The Big Easy with a promising cast and a soundtrack by Los Lobos. Drifting through Mexico, Anderson finds himself wanted for murder. He hitches a fast ride to town with two fellow Americans, bickering couple Lithgow and Arquette, but his troubles are only just beginning. Scrappy, obnoxious, shrill and tiresome, though Rosanna Arquette fans may disagree.
