Designing Woman (1957)
Director: Vincente Minnelli
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
A bubbly comedy in the best plush MGM style, following a fashion designer's amiable clash of interests with her sports journo husband. Peck however, is not an actor with the featherweight comic touch, and Bacall, herself a late replacement for the Monaco-bound Grace Kelly, had to get through the death of partner Bogart during production. A misfire.Author: TJ
