Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

After the ramshackle delights of Race with the Devil and The Thing with Two Heads, this is a disappointing addition to the Lee Frost/Wes Bishop collection. Though the story - sisters Patsy and Dixie enlist the help of motor-cycling drunk Warren Oates in a campaign of explosive revenge after the death of their pa in a moonshine war - is told with its authors' usual exuberance in both action and dialogue, there's no disguising how humdrum the basic material is. It's time Lee and Wes graduated to more ambitious budgets.
