From Time Out Film Guide

Pandora's Box, downtown Manhattan, caters to a niche market. They do sadism, the clientele provide the masochism. If you're into bondage, rubber, female wrestling or toilet-licking, this is your place. Of course there are two fetishes being explored here: SM and voyeurism. Perhaps that's why Broomfield plays a less aggressively upfront role than usual - though we do see him flirting with the mistresses and sticking his microphone in some unexpected places.
