From Hell to Texas (1958)
Director: Henry Hathaway
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
When cowboy Murray accidentally murders one of the sons of powerful rancher Armstrong, the old man despatches his other boy Hopper at the head of a posse to hunt down the killer. Meanwhile, Murray finds refuge with kindly farmer Wills and falls for his daughter, but trouble won't remain far away for long. Capably handled (in 'Scope) by Hathaway, with Murray and young Hopper particularly striking, and the script achieving a timeless resonance by focusing on the morality of vengeance and the power of forgiveness.Author: TJ
