Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

Intriguing title, but don't be tempted: it's the same old slop with a young and pure country girl running away from her auntie's farm ('I must find out what lies on the other side of our fields') and discovering a disgusting new life in Munich. The chief perverter is played by Harry Reems, later to appear in Deep Throat. Sarno's direction has a slight plodding charm, and the foreigners in the cast speak deliciously wayward English.
