Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

Marcus is married and steady, Mike a lone wolf. Then, for reasons too unreasonable to explain, Marcus has to pass himself off as fellow drugbuster Mike in order to babysit a sassy murder witness (Leoni) in the latter's bachelor pad, while Mike makes himself at home with his partner's partner. As long as it's taking pot shots at macho attitudes, there's plenty of comic play in this set-up, happily exploited by the snappy, charismatic pairing of Smith and Lawrence. Unfortunately, the movie is a couple of rewrites short of 'developed', and the thriller configurations are stale.
