Bad Man's River (1971)
Director: Eugenio Martin
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
It took Van Cleef so long to become a star that latterly it seemed he'd accept any project which would have his name at the top. This jokey, old-fashioned Western - where his outlaw is variously bamboozled by a widow on the make (Lollobrigida) and by a revolutionary (Mason) into agreeing to blow up the Mexican army arsenal - is so out of touch that you expect Stubby Kaye to appear and sing a song. it attempts to appear modish by freezing frames with annoying irrelevance. For undemanding six-year-olds.Author:
