Dismally calculated attempt to repeat the 'road movie with social relevance' success of Central Station, with a family leaving the hardship of life in the state of Paraíba for Rio de Janeiro - nearly 2,000 miles, on bikes. Based in true events it may be, but hardly so as you'd know, so clichéd and determinedly uplifting is it.
