A Change of Seasons (1980)
Director: Richard Lang
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Another dull round of middle-class shagging which, twelve years on from Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, still thinks that talking up front about adultery is somehow both daringly honest and funny. Glib trappings (skiing in Vermont, frolics in the hot tub) and witless dialogue sink everything except for the perky intelligence of MacLaine, who clearly deserves better than this, and Derek, who doesn't. Kitsch without conviction, schlock without end. CPea.Author: CPea
