Grandview U.S.A. (1984)
Director: Randal Kleiser
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
The assembled cast would've cost a great deal more ten years on. Howell does the rites-of-passage stuff, and Curtis looks after pa's demolition derby business while number one driver Swayze pines vigorously for her. It's pleasant enough, as a view of small-town Americana, but played very straight. No theatrical release in Britain.Author: TJ
