Grievous Bodily Harm (1988)
Director: Mark Joffe
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Flat Australian thriller which follows the uneasy partnership between crime journalist Friels and opportunistic cop Lawrence as they combine expertise to stop serial killer Waters from continuing a trail of mayhem. The film's habit of undercutting audience expectation is so over-used it becomes tiresome, so Joffe throws in the odd snippet of sexual perversity in a bid to restore interest.Author: TJ
