From Time Out Film Guide

Connolly's voice-over is the one redeeming feature of this Australian oddity. 'PC' is a Jack Russell with above-average intelligence - when connected to a crude portable computer system (old circuit boards, elastic bands and a plastic lunch box), he's able to speak. After the mysterious murder of his elderly owner, PC shows up at the Feldman household in suburban Sydney and types commands into the computer of teenage Zac (Cavaleri). It transpires that the dog's former owner had salted away a fortune, leaving clues to its whereabouts on a floppy disk.
