From Time Out Film Guide

Danny (Jordan) inherits an old run-down estate, and with the help of his friends, sets out to build the first hotel run by and for teenagers. The townsfolk oppose their plans, but Chloe Hatcher (Ward), Farmer Hatcher's daughter, decides to help them out - she's fallen for Danny. Disappointingly, Danny's opening night festivities at the Rock Hotel do not include a surprise performance by the ever-loveable Einstürzende Neubauten.
