Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

Maybe the stringent environmental protection laws in the States prevented the producers from filming their dirty work on home territory, but this time they fled to Russia, where the boys and girls in blue have been called in by Lee's desperate Moscow cop to take on Perlman's rampant Mafia mobster and generally kick butsky. Lame, sloppy, cack-handed, utterly redundant - put succinctly, the very worst of the series.
