Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

Written by Adrian Joyce, who scripted the infinitely superior Five Easy Pieces, this emerges as an overwrought and soapy psychodrama in which top fashion model Dunaway, in an attempt to recover from a nervous breakdown, retires to a beach cottage and looks back into the events, both real and imaginary, that have caused her predicament. Vacuously stylish, pretentious, and poorly performed, this dud marked the debut of the often overrated Schatzberg, a former fashion photographer.
