A beautifully shot and beguiling look at Scandinavian bathing rituals. Helgoland is the name of the film-maker's favourite operation and this subjective camera-take follows her through the seasons and in various lights as she samples its hot, cold and lukewarm pleasures. From boardwalk to sauna, sky to sea, it's a sensual, meditative immersion in a pursuit we Brits are clearly missing out on in a major way.
