Fairly dull musical stacked full of patriotic propaganda as it pays tribute to the seafaring warriors - both men and women - of the US Navy. Bing croons and spoons as he joins up and falls in love with identical twin sisters (Hutton x 2). The variable score by Harold Arlen and Johnny Mercer includes 'That Old Black Magic' and 'Accentuate the Positive'.
