From Time Out Film Guide

For people who like seeing heads being shut in doors, stuck inside ovens, or being cut to french fry size by a steel grid. Henriksen does a great job playing the psycho hitman working for Mafia boss Torn, but - all because of a floppy house number 9 - gets the wrong address for a hit, shoots the wrong man, gives the wrong wife a miscarriage, and even kidnaps the wrong child. Sadly for the Mob, the child belongs to civilian hero Vincent. Cue vengeance, thrills, gore, and even a touching finale.
