Lacklustre British adventure in which Powell's mission to install a radio transmitter in a Spanish mountainside is stymied by archeologists' shock discovery of a malign presence deep within the caverns. It's one of those occasions when you wait a long time for something to happen, only to sigh with disappointment when the great whatever-it-is is finally unveiled.
