Irredeemably dire follow-up to I Know What You Did Last Summer. What do you do if, a year on, you're still traumatised by the wholesale slaughter of your friends by a hook-handed Cap'n Bird's Eye lookalike? Go on an all-expenses-paid vacation, courtesy of a local radio competition, to an off-season Bahamas hotel, together with your sassy college roommate Karla (Brandy), her horny boyfriend Tyrell (Phifer) and a love-struck classmate you hardly know. But dead, demented fisherman Ben Willis shows up on cue, his oilskin and sou'wester proving mighty handy for stalking hapless teens through tropical storms.
