It Conquered the World (1956)
Director: Roger Corman
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
It Conquered the World makes Dr Who look like 2001. A large, triangular Venusian arrives in a California sandpit and starts belching out little bats to vampirise the locals, much to the consternation of the military. You have to see a movie like this to realise that film-makers who feel they have nothing to lose are rarer than you'd think.Author: TR
