Room Service (1938)
Director: William A Seiter
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Under some sad whim, the Marx Brothers moved to RKO to appear in this limp version of a popular Broadway comedy, slightly adapted to fit their established characters. It's a loose fit indeed: Groucho plays a penniless theatrical manager trying to mount a socially-conscious play about miners (oh yes); Chico is the play's director, quotes Latin, and wears a check suit. Harpo at least is still unbridled, and does nice things chasing a turkey and eating food like an automaton. Apart from Harpo's bits, Room Service is to be seen once, and then forgotten.Author: GB
