Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

Time-warp film-making from ex-cartoonist and once-touted director Pintoff: a no-interest, multi-location 'action movie' that takes its cues from early James Bond and cheapo kung-fu thrillers. The listless, tedious hokum of the old secret-agent-busts-international-crime-ring plot would have looked tacky (and its martial arts catchpenny) at the turn of the last decade; today it looks hopelessly anachronistic in even the baldest commercial terms. Dead from the neck up; dead from the wallet down.
