Knock on Wood (1953)

Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Danny Kaye's a ventriloquist with an outspoken dummy. Shrink Zetterling lays on the therapy, but a major plot device gets in her way when secret agents deposit a microfilm inside the dummy, whisking the movie into chase thriller mode, and giving the star a chance to dance with a troupe of Cossacks (choreography by Michael Kidd) and burst into balladry at an Irish convention. Funny, but a bit too much.Author: TJ
