The Lucky Texan (1933)
Director: Robert N Bradbury
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Jerry Mason (Wayne) goes prospecting with Jake, his father's old pardner (Hayes), but is duped by a couple of assayers. Charley's aunt saves the day when Jerry is had up for murdering Jake. One of Lone Star's more lively Westerns, with a gold-seeking dog, a somnolent sheriff (Canutt), an above-average final chase (automobile, horse, train), and Wayne somewhat flummoxed by the details of lady's underwear. Pretty primitive, none the less.Author: JPy
