Installed as the chief exec of a local TV station that his uncle's just won in a poker game, the self-proclaimed strange one's wacky ideas on programme development - like turning janitor Richards into the operation's biggest on-screen asset - soon prove surprisingly powerful in the ratings battle. Moments of off-centre humour, but an hour and a half of parodist Weird Al is a severe test.
