From Time Out New York

Oh, come on! Do the makers of this hackneyed pseudoslasher flick about prank-playing prep-school students and a ski-masked serial killer really expect us to believe that this is a proper horror film? [Sound of buzzer] Wrong! Start again. And this time, maybe director Jeff Wadlow should cool it on the bleached-out aesthetic and the shaky-cam overkill that's supposed to make up for the galling lack of suspense. Also, soft-scrubbing guts and gore from your PG-13 movie is acceptable, but slapping on a cop-out "twist" ending is not
