From Time Out Chicago

The line between mockumentary and political Michael Moore–style takedown gets pretty blurry in this odd hybrid—Doggart follows Ratray on a quest for the object of his affection: Condoleezza Rice. Ratray is a plus-sized fellow all too willing to make himself the object of fun. But as the film progresses, Doggart switches from jokes about the fat inept guy with an impossible dream to a more serious analysis of Rice’s career and her involvement in George W. Bush’s most troubling policies. It’s a strange mix.
