Apparently, Elvis Costello wasn't the only one who believed radio "was the sound salvation"; the Dardennes devoted the first documentary in this double feature to a number of stations known for their vox populi broadcasting. The other featurette lets Polish workers living in Belgium tell their own stories of exile and resettling to the camera.
