Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

A whimsical, hopelessly leaden comedy about American private eye Nick Carter breezing into Prague to foil legendary master criminal The Gardener. The central problems are the script, which lacks even a glimmer of mystery, suspense or poetry, and the direction, which reduces every gag and every baroque extravagance to the same bland level.
