Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

Joe Orton's four-hander about a sister and brother (nympho and queer respectively) vying for the favours of a desirable stud (under the eyes of their ancient dadda) loses much of its savoury charm in this movie version. Clive Exton's script opens out the play conventionally, to little effect, and Hickox's direction shows little flair for farce in general or Orton in particular. The cast are good enough for the original, though.
