Movie review

From Time Out Film Guide

The 'director's cut' has digitally improved sound and imagery and about 40 minutes of extra footage, including previously unseen performances by Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin and Canned Heat. Pride of place goes to Jimi Hendrix, looking saintly for what was to be a last screen appearance. Remember a time when sex didn't carry the death penalty and records didn't come from commercials on the telly?
