The World Is Full of Married Men (1979)
Director: Robert Young
Movie review
From Time Out Film Guide
Dreadful moral tale-cum-sex comedy, with Franciosa as an adulterous director of TV commercials, living a hypocritical double life with wife (Baker) and model (Cronn), until wife throws him out in favour of a rock star (Nicholas). Scripted by Jackie Collins from her own novel, it's a repeat of the formula of The Stud, with the same mixture of softcore jollies and 'comedy' scenes of humiliation/embarrassment.Author: RM
